Product features
The Unistik® 3 "Extra" safety lancet is particularly suitable for patients with cornea or scar tissue or, in general, all examinations requiring larger blood volumes. The trigger mechanism is located on the side of the lancet so that it can be individually decided when to activate the lancet and how much pressure to apply. Eight pressure points at the patient end of the lancet reduce pain during blood collection (Comfort Zone Technology®).
Furthermore, the Unistik® 3 Extra has a locking mechanism: after a single use, the safety lancet is unusable for further applications. Needle prick injuries are therefore not possible.
Preset and ready to use. Simply twist off the cap of the Unistik® 3, place it on the side of the finger and release.
