Our fast PCR-solution:  The Integrated Nucleic Acid Analysing device Pluslife Mini Dock

The Pluslife Mini Dock is a rapid molecular test system for the detection of infectious diseases such as COVID-19. Based on powerful isothermal nucleic acid amplification (RHAM) technology, the Mini Dock is able to deliver accurate test results comparable to the PCR tests used in top laboratories - in only 6 simple steps and an analysis time of only 15 to 35 minutes.

The RHAM system comprises two reactions, isothermal amplification and signal release. The two reactions run in parallel without the need for steps to speed up the reaction time. For the design of the specific probe and primer, the N gene and the ORF1ab gene of SARS-CoV-2 were selected as amplification target region selected.

Performance proven through clinical studies

In individual clinical studies in individuals with COVID-19 symptoms and asymptomatic infected individuals, the Pluslife Mini Dock achieved a detection rate comparable to that of qPCR nucleic acid detection, with an exceptional sensitivity of 98.1% and specificity of 100%.
