New shop, new registration!

If you are already a loyal customer of nal von minden, we would like to ask you to register again in the webshop. Since we have switched to a new system in the background, we were unfortunately unable to take your previous registration data with us. We thank you for your understanding and are sure that we can convince you with the advantages of the new shop. If you need assistance, please contact your account manager or use our contact form.

 

A (new) registration is quick and easy:

  1. Click on the "Log in" button in the top right-hand corner

  2. Select the button "Create new account now" on the right hand side

  3. If you are a professional user, select the "Business customer" button in the following pop-up window.

    Are you a private customer? Then please select the button "Private customer". You will then be redirected to our private customer shop self-diagnostics.com.

  4. Fill out the registration form. Please note that the fields with a red star are mandatory fields. Then select the "Submit" button.
  5. Within a few moments, you should receive a welcome email from us. This email will contain a link for you to set your password. If you have not received an email, please check your SPAM folder or contact your account manager.
  6. In parallel, your registration request will be editorially reviewed by our sales team. Unfortunately, there is no other way to ensure that only professional, medically trained staff buy from us. This is exactly what we are obliged to do according to the Infection Protection Act and the Medical Devices Dispensing Ordinance. Please note that you will receive another e-mail from us after successful approval. You can then shop with us as usual (but more conveniently, functionally and quickly).

    If you already have customized prices, these will be displayed after successful registration for the corresponding product in the web shop.

Order Process

How can I order?

1. Shopping cart

Select the products you would like to order by clicking the "Add to cart" button. This will place your desired product in the shopping basket. You can edit or cancel this selection at any time until you submit your order by changing the number of products. By clicking on the "Remove" box you can delete the item or cancel the order process. Clicking on the "Checkout" button will take you to the next step of the ordering process.

2. Checkout

Please log in with your e-mail address and password if you already have a customer account. Otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). Your data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. Since a large part of our portfolio is only approved for professional users according to the Medical Devices Dispensing Act and the Infection Protection Act, we are obliged to check your registration as a business customer. This will be done by one of our sales representatives and will be done within a very short time. If you are already registered, you can now select the shipping method. By clicking the button "Continue" you will be taken to the next step of the order process.

3. Check billing address / select payment method

Now check your billing address and enter your desired method of payment. By clicking the button "Continue" you will be taken to the next step of the order process.

Now check your shipping address and enter your desired shipping method. By clicking the "Continue" button you will be taken to the next step of the ordering process.

5. Complete the order process / general terms and conditions and data protection

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Check that all the details are correct and please read the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the cancellation policy carefully. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy (tick the box). By clicking the "Buy now" button, you send your order to us. You hereby submit a legally binding offer.

Delivery

When will I receive my delivery?

1. Rapid tests

Orders placed before 2 p.m. will be dispatched on the same day. Our parcel services ensure that in 95% of cases you will receive your delivery on the next working day. If we create an individual rapid test combination for you, we usually need 9 to 12 weeks until delivery.

2. Laboratory tests

For the goods we have in stock, the delivery time is 1-3 days. For the laboratory tests that are not in stock, the delivery time is 5-10 days.
