Result interpretation:

The colour change will begin within a few seconds, and will inevitably be fully formed within 1 minute at most: As time passes, the colour will fade. Result interpretation should take place within a maximum of 3 minutes. If mCPP is present in the examined sample, a colour change from clear to yellow /yellow-green will occur. If morphine is present in the examined sample, a colour change to orange-red will occur. The colour will fade within 5 minutes. Heroin prompts a yellow colour change.
