The screw cap allows for safe shipping for confirmation analysis. The sample sponge has been improved and now has a capacity of 1 mL. Additionally, the taste and texture of the sample sponge have been adjusted to make sampling more pleasant for the subject. The larger drop volume of the integrated dropper makes it easier to apply the sample to the test cassette.
